Available Titles:
Our website contains a vast assortment of online selections. Due to the numerous record albums we have in stock and those that are available for special order we are unable to list every in stock or available title online. Should you not locate the particular band or artist you are looking for please feel free to call or contact us for availability information.

Payment Methods:
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We accept all major credit/debit cards and eChecks. PayPal is a safe and secure way to pay online. A PayPal account is not required to make your payment, simply choose the pay without PayPal account option.

Shipping Rates:
We ship priority mail with the USPS. Delivery confirmation is included with each order. Standard fee for shipping (1) one purse inside the United States is $12.50. Shipping discounts are applied when ordering more than one item. For shipping rates outside of the United States please contact us before placing your order.

Order Delivery Time:
Please allow 7-14 days to process your order including shipping time. Each item in our product line is hand crafted made to order when your order is placed. We make every effort to fill orders promptly and get them shipped to the customer as soon as possible. Most orders only require a lead time of two days. Orders requesting specialty records may take longer due to the rarity and limited availability on hand of highly collectible records.

Shipping & Tracking Information:
Shipping and tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. Alternatively you may login into your account to view order status and tracking information at any time.

Shipping Your Records or Photos To BIMH:
BIMH is not responsible for shipping damages incurred by carrier when you send your own records or photos for use in your custom built products. Please make sure to package and protect your items before shipping. You may also want to take the extra step of purchasing shipping insurance for your package. Please note vinyl records are fragile package them well to avoid cracks and damages in transit. Additionally when placing a vinyl record through the purse process damages may occur. While it is a rare instance the fragile records can crack or break during the manufacturing process. In the event of damage or breakage to customer supplied records BIMH is not responsible to replace or purchase a replacement record. We take every precaution available to safe guard your records while converting them in to Original Record Album Purses. However as mentioned on rare occasions records can break.

Our products are available world wide with the exception of the state of Utah. We Do not accept orders from or ship to Utah.
